Participation is automatic once you're properly registered.
- Register as an IAA bidder with Baltic Auto Shipping listed as your broker.
- Win and complete purchases on IAA between December 1–31, 2025.
- Ship qualifying vehicles through Baltic Auto Shipping.
Eligibility
- Open only to IAA bidders registered with Baltic Auto Shipping as their broker.
- Qualifying purchases must be completed on IAA Dec 1–31, 2025.
- Vehicles shipped through any Baltic yard count for points.
- Free shipping prizes must be redeemed from the Chicago yard only.

How Points Work
- Each completed IAA purchase = 1 point.
- Unpaid, canceled, or returned vehicles do not count.
- Purchase value is used only as a tie-breaker.
Leaderboard Rules
- Tracking window: 12:00 AM CST Dec 1 → 11:59 PM CST Dec 31, 2025.
- Tie-breakers: higher total purchase value, then earliest final purchase.
- All rankings are finalized only after verification.
Prize Shipping Terms
Baltic shipping prizes include ocean freight only from the Chicago yard.
Not included: local transport to Chicago, vehicle cost, auction fees, storage, export docs,
customs clearance, port fees, VAT, or duties. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Promo Credits
- Credits apply only to Baltic Auto Shipping services.
- Cannot be used for ground transport or auction fees.
- Non-transferable, non-refundable, expires June 30, 2026.
Verification & Disqualification
- No fraudulent bidding, collusion, or manipulation.
- Non-payment or policy violations lead to disqualification.
- Baltic and IAA may audit accounts and shipping records.
Winner Notification
- Public announcement: January 15, 2026 (Baltic channels).
- Winners contacted directly by phone/email.
- Response required within 10 business days.
- Only highest achieved tier awarded per bidder.
Liability & Legal
Baltic Auto Shipping and IAA are not responsible for shipping delays from carriers, weather,
port congestion, or customs. Vehicle condition and profitability are not guaranteed.
Participation confirms acceptance of these terms. Void where prohibited by law.
